Licensing Act 2003: Application for the grant of a Premises Licence

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon by North Swindon Community Group for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of North Swindon Fun Day, Brook Park, Redhouse Way, Redhouse, Swindon.

The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: Sale by Retail of Alcohol for consumption on the premises, Performance of live music and Performances of dance and Hours the premises are open to the public: One Saturday per year 13:00 - 18:00 hours outdoors as part of North Swindon Community Fun Day.

The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, [licensing@swindon.gov.uk] between 09.00hrs & 16.30hrs on weekdays.

Responsible Authorities, (e.g. Police and Fire Brigade), and/or Other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 9^th June 2016 - 5^th July 2016. All representations must be made in writing [including e mail or fax].

It is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is £5000.
