and Binford Place, Bridgwater (Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that on Friday 20th Sep­tember 2019 Somerset County Council made the above Order in pursuance of the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, as previously advertised on the 10* September 2019. the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of motor vehicles on the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule of this Order.
The Order will be made to facilitate installation works and is in the interest of public safety. The Order becomes effective on the 24th Sep­tember 2019 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works will commence on the 30* September 2019 for 3 days. The restriction will apply when indicated by traffic signs. A copy of the draft Traffic Regulation Order and the associated plans may be examined online at

a) Because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road; or

b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works.
