Pegasus Group, on behalf of Persimmon Homes, is consulting the local community on outline planning proposals for a mixed-use development comprising up to 465 new homes, local centre, car parking for the railway station, access, public open space and other associated infrastructure on land at Chatsmore Farm in Goring-by-Sea (adjacent to Goring railway station).
