Chris Gould has applied to West Dorset Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as Goulds Dorchester Ltd at Household Store, 22-23 South Street and Fashion Store, 11-12 South Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1DA and propose to sell alcohol : - Sale of Alcohol Applications are available for public inspection at Licensing, West Dorset Council, South Walks House, South Walks Rd, Dorchester DT1 1UZ or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority within 28 days. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
