1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton under the powers conferred by sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, propose to make the above mentioned Orders.
2. The general effect of the 'Parking Places' Order would be to remove the parking bay in Mansel Road, the south-east side, nearest its junction with Wimbledon Hill and replace it with no waiting at any time restrictions.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan which indicates the lengths of road to which the Orders relate can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.
4. Any person desiring to comment on the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX,

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading" Order would be to further amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977:-:
(a) so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for forty minutes) would be prohibited at any time at certain locations indicated in Schedule 1 to this Notice;
(b) waiting by vehicles, including for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle, would be prohibited at any time, in the lengths of road specified in Schedule 2 to this Notice.
3. The general effect of the "Prohibition of Stopping Order" would be to revoke the school keep clear restrictions in Abbotts Road and Castleton Road.
4. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Orders relates can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.
5. 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 18 September 2019, under the powers conferred by sections
5, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, made the above-mentioned Orders.
2. The general effect of the 'Free Parking Places' Order will be to: -
(a) designate a parking place on the carriageway at the locations listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice, in which vehicles authorised by the 'Disabled Persons' Order may be left for any period without charge;
(b) provide that the parking places will operate at all times, unless otherwise stated;
(c) specify, in respect of the parking places, that vehicles displaying in the relevant position, a disabled persons badge (commonly referred to as "the Blue Badge") issued by any local authority under the provisions of the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) Regulations 2000 may be left therein;
(d) provide that certain vehicles may wait in the parking places in certain circumstances, e.g. to allow persons to board or alight (maximum 2 minutes), to load or unload (maximum 20 minutes), etc;
(e) revoke the disabled persons parking places at the locations listed in Schedule 2 to this notice.
3. The general effect of the 'Parking Places Amendment' Orders will be to:-
(a) shorten in length an existing permit parking place in De'Arn Gardens to facilitate the introduction of disabled persons parking places in that road;
(b) to lengthen an existing permit parking place in St James Road, CR4 upon the removal of a redundant disabled persons parking place.
4. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 30 September 2019, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans specifying the lengths of roads affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

3. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading" Order will be to amend the waiting restrictions at the parking place specified in the Schedule to this notice to match the new operating times.
4. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 30 September 2019, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan specifying the lengths of road affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX.
