ARTICLE 13, TOWN AND COUNTRY (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
Proposed development at: Culverlands Farm, Mans Hill, Burghfield Common, Reading
I GIVE NOTICE that an application is being made to West Berkshire Council by: Mark Fulford
for planning permission to: Alter and extend the existing farmhouse and renovate the existing outbuildings. Demolish a number of existing blockwork and steel framed structures on the site.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of service of this notice or within 14 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to the Head of Development and Planning, West Berkshire Council, Council Offices, Market Street, Newbury RG14 5LD
Definitions: * "Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest in the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. **
"Tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
