NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure and
Regulatory Services of the Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers
conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated
to him by the said Council proposes to make the Wigan Borough Railway Road
Leigh, Back Service Road 67-85 - Temporary Closure Order 2019.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or
causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Railway Road Leigh, back service
road 67-85 during the period of two weeks commencing on 14/10/2019.
The alternative route for traffic is:- n/a
The Order is necessary to allow LV electricity overlay
Hurst Street Leigh - Temporary Closure Order 2019 Notice of Proposals
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure and Regulatory Services of the Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to him by the said Council proposes to make the Wigan Borough Hurst Street Leigh - Temporary Closure Order 2019.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Hurst Street Leigh during the period of eleven days commencing on 14/10/2019. The alternative route for traffic is:- n/a
