Horrocks Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019
The effect of which will be to Introduce a prohibition of driving on Horrocks Ln from Its jet. with Bank St in a south westerly direction to the limit of adopted highway. The Order will be effective from 7th October 2019 for 4 weeks, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow for remedial works to be carried out to the carriageway. Ref: High/2052
Mill Ln (Prohibition of Driving) Temporary Order 2019 The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Mill Ln from its jet. with Winwick Rd in a south westerly direction for a distance of 50m. The Order will be effective from 7th October 2019 for 2 weeks, when signed on site. The closure is required to allow Cadent Gas to carry out works on medium pressure main.

Watery Ln, Mill Ln & Adj St's. Winwick (Prohibition
of Driving & Clearway) Temporary Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving & clearway as follows: Watery Ln - From its jet. with Hollins Ln to its jet. with Mill Ln; Mill Ln - From its jet. with Watery Ln to its jet. with Delph Ln; Old Alder Ln -From its jet. with Watery Ln/Mill Ln for 50m. The Order will be effective from 23rd September 2019 for 6 weeks between 7pm & 5am, when signed on site. The diversion route will be via Delph Ln, Newton Rd, Hollins Ln & vice versa. The restrictions are required for carriageway surfacing. Ref: High/1994
Access will be under the control of the relevant Contractor for the duration of the works.
The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 23) (Part 2) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV ot Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -
I.The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-(a) In the 71 st Schedule by the addition of No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: A50 Cliff Ln, Lymm (North Side) - From its jet. with the access road to Lymm Services for a distance of 181 m in an easterly direction; Access road from the A50 Cliff Ln (approx. 95m east of Lymm Services) (Both Sides) - From the projected kerb line of A50 Cliff Ln for a distance of 25m in a northerly direction.
Deposited documents may be examined at the Legal Services Section, Quattro Building, New Town House, Buttermarket St, Warrington during the usual office hours Monday to Friday. All representations both in support or objecting to the proposals must be in writing either by post to Rebecca Lee of Legal Services or delivered by hand to the address above by 10th October 2019 & all objections must specify the grounds on which they are made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council & that the substance of any representation together with the name & address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.
