STATUTORY NOTICE FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION ACT 1992
The Corporation of National College Creative Industries (NCCI) hereby gives notice in accordance with the EE Corporations Publication of Proposals England Regulations 2012 of the proposal that the Corporation of the National College Creative Industries, Backstage Centre, High House Production Park, Vellacolt Close, Purflccl RMI9 IRG. be dissolved.
Dissolution of the Corporation is proposed, at the request of the Corporation of NCCI, in order that a new partnership may he created with South Essex College and Access to Music (now operating as Access Creative College). The date proposed for the dissolution of the Corporation, and the transfer of property, rights and liabilities is a minute past midnight on Friday 31 January 2020.

A consultation period will run from 16 September to 16 October 2019. All responses and representations most he received by the closing date of 16 October 2019 by emailing llie Head of Governance at info@creativeindiisiries.
