Premises Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that the University of Chester has made an application on 9th September 2019 to Warrington Borough Council for a Premises Licence at The General Store, Warrington Campus Crab Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA2 0DB. The application is for the following licensable activities: supply of alcohol (for consumption off the premises). Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 7th October 2019 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
