(STANTON HARCOURT PARISH) (30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order, as a result of the development of adjacent land is to extend the 30mph speed limit on the unnamed road leading south of the junction with Steadys Lane by a further 130 metres, in place of the current unrestricted (60mph) limit. The existing Oxfordshire County Council (Stanton Harcourt Parish) (Restricted Roads) Order 2019 will be revoked/replaced. Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made and any other representations, should be sent in writing quoting Ref: JaC/12.6.362) to the address below (or via the web address above) no later than 18 October 2019. The County Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
