Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence Gala Leisure Limited has given to Darlington Borough Council an application for Variation of the Premises Licence in respect of Gala Club, 37 Skinnergate, Darlington, DL3 7NR. A brief description of the proposed variation is: to vary the layout of the premises to reflect a modernisation scheme. The Licensing Register of Darlington Borough Council is kept at Town Hall, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT and where applicable at www.darlington.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Darlington Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 14 April 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
