NOTICE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made on the 18th day of September 2019 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows: 1) To vary the licensing plan to include the Assembly Room, Green Room and connecting passages within the licensed area, as per new plan submitted to the licensing authority; 2) To remove, update and substitute conditions in accordance with current legislation and to amend the requirements for stewards in relation to disco type dance and live music events. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie. by the 17th October 2019).
