Mr Mark Scott is applying for a Premises Licence for The Coffee Barn, Pound Lane, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, BA15 1LF.

The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place:

Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises.
