LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
WAHAB ALI AMIN has applied to the Harlow Council to a new Premises Licence, in respect of the following premises: THE ROWS MARKET STORE & BUTCHERS, 2 THE ROWS TOWN CENTRE HARLOW CM20 1BX which would authorise the following licensable activities: Retail sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 00.00 to 23.59 hours, during its opening hours. The licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Harlow District Council Civic Centre The Water Gardens Harlow Essex CM20 1WG between 10:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday except public holidays. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address or
licensing@harlow.gov.uk, by no later than the 30th Sept 2019. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the preventon of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of the representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection witb an applicahon.
