Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: C1095, Tillington Road, Hereford, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1095, Tillington Road, Hereford, from the junction with the A4103 Roman Road to the junction with the A4110 Three Elms Road. Grid Ref: 348834/242314 to 349062/242015. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the A4103 onto the A4110 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to water mains renewal works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 19th of September 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks.
