Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U82114, Goodrich Grove, Hereford, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U82114, Goodrich Grove, Hereford, at number 15 Goodrich Grove for a distance of approximately 30 metres. Grid Ref: 349775/238387 to 349759/ 238349. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Belmont Road onto Southolme Road, Waterfield Road and on to Goodrich Grove and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to section 81 repair works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 19th of September 2019 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
