The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptionstoallowparking/accessforcertainpurposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 19 September

2019.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Kidderminster Library, Customer Service Centre, Market Street, Kidderminster DY101AD and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
