Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2019 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Mill Lane, Elmley Castle]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following

length and side of road in Elmley Castle:-

Mill Lane (north east side) from a point 17 metres

south east of its junction with Millfield for a distance

of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order

(which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions

of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will

contain exemptions to allow parking/access for

certain purposes.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Station Road, Pershore, Worcs., WR10 1PT and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email

(A4104 Station Road, Pershore)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019

Proposed Order: to close that part of A4104 Station Road from its junction with A44 Allens Hill to its junction with C2222 Walcot Lane. Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A4104 Terrace Road, A44 Abbey View Road, B4083 Wyre Hill, B4083 Wyre Road, A4104 Station Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days Commencing: 6 October 2019.

(C2114 Dorsington Road, Pebworth )(Temporary Closure) Order 2019

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2114 Dorsington Road from its junction with C2114 Pebworth Road to its junction with Warwickshire County Boundary.

Reason: New/ReplacementWater Main Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2114 Back Lane, C2114 Long Marston Road, Dorsington Road (Warwickshire County Boundary) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days Commencing: 7 October 2019.

(U44523Lower Leys, Evesham)(Temporary Closure) Order 2019

Order made: to close that part of U44523 Lower Leys from its junction with B4035 Port Street to itsjunction with U44524 Burford Road. Reason: New/Replacement Gas Main. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U44524 Burford Road, B4035 Port Street and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 16 September 2019.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days. Commencing: 16 September 2019.
