LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ABOVE ACT:

1.NAME OF APPLICANT: WENSLEYDALE RAILWAY plc
2.POSTAL ADDRESS OF PREMISES: Leeming Bar Station, Leeming Bar, North Yorkshire DL7 9AR
3.PROPOSED VARIATION TO LICENSABLE ACTIVITES: To amend the Premises Plans to include the car park in the licensed area.
4. The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton.
5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the Council by not later than the 7th October 2019.
6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale. Dated this 9th September 2019
