Notice is hereby given that Café 206 Limited has applied for a premises licence in relation to Café 206, 206 Ashingdon Road, Rochford SS4 1TB to permit the on-supply of alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 17:00. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. Representations by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made in writing to Licensing Unit Rochford District Council South Street Rochford SS4 1BW www.rochford.gov.uk Such written representation must be received by 3rd October 2019 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
