BASILDON BOROUGH COUNCIL Application for Sex Establishment Licence under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1982, Part ll, Schedule 3.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Kevin Reginald Cottis-Brown and Adam Roy Cottis applied on 11th September 2019 TO Basildon Borough Council in respect of the premises known as Mac's Bar, 1 Paycocke Road, Basildon, Essex SS14 3DP for a licence to use the premises as a 'Sexual Entertainment Venue'. ANY PERSON wishing to oppose the application should write to the Head of Environment and Community Services, Basildon Borough Council, Basildon Centre, St. Martins Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL by no later than 2nd October 2019. Letters in support should also be sent to the Head of Environment and Community Services by that date. Please note that any written representations received in response to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
