PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
Take notice that Trevor Paul Hopkins has applied to Rossendale Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Twos and Threes Hideaway, 5 Rochester Close, Weir Village, Bacup, OL13 8RN. The proposed variations are as follows:- •Occasional pop-up restaurant serving alcohol for consumption on the premises only, on Fridays between the hours of 18:00 and 23:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00. •Occasional live music, films, dancing and recitals on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only, between the hours of 19:00 and 22:30. The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB. The record of the application may be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at www.rossendale.gov.uk. An interested party of responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Manager, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB by 9th October 2019. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
