APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby that I, Mr J Clarke have applied on 06/09/19 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for 107, The Rock, Bury, BL9 0NB to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Sun-Wed 12:00-0:30, Thurs-Sat 12.00-2.30 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include:- Music, Singing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound between the following hours: Sun-Wed 12.00-1.00, Thurs-Sat 12.00-3.00.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 OEJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application.
A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
