Regulation 25 Notice
TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We, My Piada Limited, do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises to be known as Eatalio, Ground and Lower Ground Floors, 128 Queens Road, Brighton, BN1 3WB for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: supply of alcohol; provision of late night refreshment. The application is made on such terms and conditions as set out fully in the application documentation.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than 18th April 2015 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours, summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5,000 [Level 5].
