Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence Margaret Swann has given to Warrington Borough Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for 20 Walton Rd Stockton Heath. The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are: Sale of Alcohol .The Licensing Register of Warrington Borough Council is held at 3rd Floor, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH and, where applicable, at www.warrington.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website. Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Warrington Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 4th October 2019. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
