LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE.
I Karolina Kulesza have applied to South Bucks District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence for The Beaconsfleld Store. 17-21 Gregories Road, HP9 1HH.
The proposed variation is for the following: To supply of alcohol on and off the premises. We wish to amend the hours of licensable activities such that alcohol may be supplied for consumption on the premises within the following hours Saturday 09:19:00 Sunday 10:17:00 Monday - Friday 10:00 - 23:00
Extension of the opening hours from Monday to Friday will allow us to organise ticketed wine tastings on no more than two occasions per month when the premises will remain open until 23:00.
Sunday trading hours would reman within 6 hours. Extending the hours of licensable activity will allow to vary opening hours between 10:00 to 16:00 or 23:00.
