THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (Windrush Court, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Windrush Court for a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is required whilst new gas connections works take place commencing on 9September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 9September 2019,assigned, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Hammersley Lane, Penn in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hammersley Lane from junction of Sandpits Lane for a distance of approximately 114 metres. Alternative route: School Road, Elm Road, Church Road, Witheridge Lane, Penn Road, Station Road, Aylesbury End, Wycombe End, Windsor End, White Hill, London Road, Knaves Beech, Knaves Beech Way, Hammersley Lane. The closure is required whilst reinstatement in the carriageway works take place commencing on 16 September 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 16 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Notice is hereby given that on 23rd August 2019, Buckinghamshire County Council made the Buckinghamshire County Council (Wycombe District) (Consolidation) Order 2014 (Amendment no.1025) Order 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effects of the Order, which comes in to force on the 6th September 2019, are to extend sections ofno waiting at any time, add some limited waiting parking bays, to insert adisabled badge parking bay and introduce no verge parking on various roads in Marlow. Acopyofthe Order and Plans showing the lengths of roads affected, together with acopy ofthe Statement ofReasons, can be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are also available on the Buckinghamshire County Council website under 'Have Your Say'. If you wish to question the validity ofthis Order, or ofany provision containing therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 6th September 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 6th September 2019, is to formalize the traffic regulation order used to introduce No Waiting At Any Time/No Loading At Any Time (double yellow line) at High Street and The Causeway; Introducing No Waiting At Any Time/No Loading At Any Time (double yellow line) on Pound Lane and Station Road. Acopy ofthe Order and Plans showing the lengths ofroads affected, together with acopy ofthe Statement ofReasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Alternative route: Back Lane, Deanway, High Street. The closure is required whilst New gas connection works take place commencing on 23 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Wye Road, Wooburn Green in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Wye Road for adistance of approximately 35 metres. The closure is required whilst repairs to aleaking main in the carriageway works take place commencing on 23 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. Access to residents at all times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 23 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Broad Lane, Wooburn Common in the Parish of Wooburn CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Broad Lane for adistance of approximately 350 metres. Alternative route: Broad Lane, Windsor Hill, Wycombe End, Wooburn Green Lane, Holtspur Lane, The Green, Town Lane, Brookbank, Kiln Lane, Widmoor. The closure is required whilst BT pole replacement works take place commencing on 17 September 2019 between 00:00 and 23:59. The proposed Order will come into operation on
17 September 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
