Notice is given that One Stop Stores Limited has applied to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of One Stop, Pilot Mill, Alfred Street, Bury BL9 9EF. It is proposed as follows:- Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday: 0600 hrs to 2300 hrs. Anyone who wishes to make representation regarding this application must write to Licensing Service, Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, Lancashire BL9 0EJ. Representations must be received by 1 October 2019. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
