NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

London Oktoberfest Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 20/03/2015 for a licence to use the premises at the car park behind Great Victoria Hotel, BD1 1TU for supply of alcohol, live and recorded music from 12/08/2015 to 16/08/2015. Representations should be made in writing to the Department of Legal and Democratic Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 1LA by 17/04/2015. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries out a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 23/03/2015
