Notice is hereby given that Bede Lodge Social Club Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as BEDE LODGE SOCIAL CLUB, FINCHALE ROAD, FRAMWELLGATE MOOR, DURHAM, DH1 5HJ for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities:- The sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) & provision of regulated entertainment (including live & recorded music) from 11:00 - 23:20 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Christmas Eve and Bank Holiday until 00:00 and New Year's Eve until 00:30. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
