NOTICE is hereby given that I, Andrea Follador T/A The Perfect Match Ltd Applied on 28/08/2019 for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: The Perfect Match, 103 Cross Street, Sale, M33 7JN under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: Recorded Music (Indoors): Tuesday 16:00 - 22:30, Wednesday & Thursday 12:00 - 22:30, Friday & Saturday 12:00 - 23:00, Sunday 11:30 -17:00 Supply of Alcohol (On & Off): Tuesday 16:00 - 22:30, Wednesday & Thursday 12:00 - 22:30, Friday & Saturday 12:00 - 23:00, Sunday 11:30 -17:00 Opening Times: Tuesday 16:00 - 22:30, Wednesday & Thursday 12:00 - 22:30, Friday & Saturday 12:00 - 23:00, Sunday 11:30 -17:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION, TRAFFORD COUNCIL, TRAFFORD TOWN HALL, TALBOT ROAD, STRETFORD, MANCHESTER, M32 0TH not later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
