FULL VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

I, Gavin Horton, of Horton’s Coffee Limited, Millennium Walk, Newport NP19 0NX, hereby give notice that I am applying to Newport City Council for a Full Variation of the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below:
1. Extension of alcohol serving times to 08:00-23:00 from the existing 12:00-23:00;
2. Inclusion of the sale of alcohol to be consumed off the premises.
The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri. Anyone wishing to object or make representations must do so in writing by 20th September 2019

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
