Notice is hereby given that Essex Wildlife Trust has applied in respect of the Abberton Reservoir Visitor Centre, Church Road, Layer-de-le-Haye, Colchester, CO2 0EU for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: Regulated entertainment - Mon to Sun 09.00 to 00.00 Sale of alcohol (on & off) - Mon to Sun 12.00 to 00.00 Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 24/09/2019 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
