NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Henry John Wadley deceased of The Bungalow Chapel Street Bicester Oxon OX26 6BD who died on the 14 December 2014 is required to send particulars thereof to Keith Wadley 7 Churchill Road Bicester Oxon OX26 4TR no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
