NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENCE

We, William Ball and Elliot Ball of Clacton Pier, 1 North Sea Clacton on Sea Essex CO15 1QX hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make an application to Tendring District Council for the licence to operate a proposed zoo at Clacton Pier Seaquarium 1 North Sea Clacton on Sea Essex CO15 1QX.

A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details of the proposed zoo, has been send to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at of the offices of the Council at Thorpe Road Weeley Essex CO16 9AJ.
