Local Government Act 1972 Section 123 (2A) - Land at Westleigh Waterfront, Leigh, Wigan. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wigan Borough Council holding title to land being an area of open space, intends to dispose of the land for the purpose of proposed residential development. DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCELS OF LAND -(1) land off Plank Lane, Leigh and (2) land off Lune Grove and Ribble Grove, Leigh. A plan of this disposal may be inspected during normal business hours at the Legal Department, Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan WN1 1YN. This notice is given in so far as the above land consists of or forms part of an open space within the meaning of the above Section and any objections to this proposed disposal must be made in writing to the Assistant Director - Legal, Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan WN1 1YN quoting reference CF/CL42.170 no later than 19th September 2019.
