NOTICE is hereby given that on 15 August 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Greenock by GES Electrical Limited ("the Company"), having its registered office at 42 Victoria Road, Gourock, Renfrewshire, PA19 1DB craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Greenock by Interlocutor dated 22 August 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Greenock within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; meantime appointed Matthew Purdon Henderson, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael, 7-11 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7PE to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company and authorised him to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986 until the appointment of an Interim Liquidator or the Petition is dismissed; all of which notice is hereby given.
