Notice is hereby given that I LIVINGWOOD VENTURES LTD have made an application on 21st August 2019 to Warrington Borough Council to Vary a Premises Licence at EXPEDITION STOCKTON HEATH, UNIT 7 VICTORIA BUILDINGS, VICTORIA ROAD, STOCKTON HEATH, WARRINGTON, CHESHIRE WA4 2AG. The variation is to extend the hours for live/recorded music, dance, late night refreshment and supply of alcohol to 01.00, premises to close 01.30.Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 18th September 2019to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
