THE BRIGHTON & HOVE (FILMING - BEHIND HER EYES)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2019
On Thursday, 5 September 2019 the Filming of Behind Her Eyes is taking place in Upper St James's Street, Brighton. To facilitate this road will need to be closed to traffic and therefore Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 16A to C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 on that day.
No person shall cause or permit any vehicle that is not participating in, or connected with the Filming of Behind Her Eyes to proceed in, exit from, or turn into any of the lengths of road specified below, except upon the direction or with the permission of a Police Constable in uniform or that of a uniformed marshal:-
Thursday, 5 September 2019 from 08.00 - 18.00 hours
1. Temporary Road Closures
Upper St James's Street, Brighton - from junction of Grafton Street to the junction of Charlotte Street
2. Prohibition of Left turns
From Lavender Street into Upper St James's Street From Charlotte Street into Upper St James's Street From Marine Gardens into Upper St James's Street
From Bedford Street into Upper St James's Street
3. Prohibition of Right turns
From Grafton Street into Upper St James's Street From Upper Bedford Street into Upper St James's Street
4. Temporary Rescinding of One Way Order
