Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has raised an Application at Ayr Sheriff Court under Section 1021 of the Companies Act 2006 for orders to vest in the Council the subjects known as and forming part of the former Skares Opencast Coal Sites, Skares comprising the subjects registered in the Land Register of Scotland under Title Numbers AYR10328, AYR12559, AYR51742 and AYR11693.
Anyone having an interest in the said Application, and who wishes to answer the said Application, should immediately contact the Sheriff Clerk, Ayr Sheriff Court, Wellington Square, Ayr from whom a copy of the Application may be obtained (Court Ref No: B366-19) within 21 days of publication of this notice.
The matter will call and be heard at Ayr Sheriff Court, Wellington Square, Ayr on Thursday 3 October 2019 at 10am.
