BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL WALLISDOWN ROAD IMPROVEMENT SCHEME - TALBOT DRIVE TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects details below, to control traffic.
WHAT & WHERE: No parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time on the south-eastern side of Talbot Drive south of its junction with Wallisdown Road to opposite the junction with Mossley Avenue (suspension of a section of the limited waiting bay)
WHY: To accommodate a compound whilst works are being undertaken for a new cycle lane along the southern side of Wallisdown Road.
WHEN: Anticipated dates Monday 2 September 2019 until Monday 20 January 2020 (approx. 20 weeks)
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
These arrangements may be extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations and restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months.
The Council regrets any inconvenience to the public caused by this Traffic Order.
