NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Ezatullah Alikhel has applied to Wandsworth Council for a premises licence at Bari Pizzeria, 173 Battersea High Street Battersea Park, London SW11 3JS to provide the following licensable activities: Late night refreshments; providing food and soft drinks between 11:00 to 03:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 11:00 to 05:00 Friday and Saturday

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
