NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council has received a planning application from Tile Kiln Farm for the importation of inert waste to part fill the remaining void and revise the existing levels of the previously worked sand and gravel quarry at Tile Kiln Farm, Hedingham Road, Sible Hedingham, Halstead, Essex, CO9 1UP -ESS/59/19/BTE
The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Essex Minerals Local Plan (2014); Essex & Southend-on-Sea Waste Local Plan (2017); Braintree District Council Local Development Framework Core Strategy (2011) and/or Braintree District Local Plan Review (2005) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.
The proposed development may also affect the setting of Tile Kiln Farm Barn (known as 'Oak Tree Barn' on the National Heritage List for England) which is Grade II Listed.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Road, Pebmarsh in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hamsters Close for a distance of approximately 200m in a northerly direction.
