Notice is hereby given that Tara Bahadur Shrees has applied in respect of the Dhaulagiri Store 7 Century House, North Station Road, Colchester, Essex CO1 1RE for a premises licence under the licensing act 2003 to allow for off-licence Monday to Thursday 09:00-21:00 and Friday to Sunday 09:00-23:00. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 19th September 2019, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
