Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Notice is hereby given that MrMarian Sebastian Gal has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the grant of a Premises Licence at Gal's Family Ltd, 597 Lea Bridge Road Leyton, London, E10 6AJ. The application seeks to permit sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 10:30 -21:00 Daily. The proposed opening hours of the premises are 09:00-21:00 Monday-Sunday.The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, The Magistrates, 1 Farnan Avenue, Walthamstow, E17 4NX. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am -5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, The Magistrates, 1 Farnan Avenue, Walthamstow, E17 4NX. Representations must be received no later than 4th September2019. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
