Notice of intended disposal of Open Space Land

NOTICE is hereby given that Vale of White Horse District Council intends to grant a right of way by way by an easement over a parcel of land extending to approx. 19.59 acres at the southern boundary of Rye Farm Meadow, off Bridge Street, Abingdon, OX14 3HY.

A plan that identifies the precise location of the Open Space Land in question is available to view at the Council's offices at 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton 0X14 4SB.

Objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to The Property team, Vale of White Horse District Council, at the above address no later than close of business 12th September 2019.
