GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY CLOSURE 41284 PUDNEY PIE LANE (CHALFORD PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41284 Pudney Pie Lane opposite the property known as Spring Cottage for a distance of approximately 20 metres. The reason for the closure is to renew a stop tap.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATH EST /9 (STANDISH PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath EST/ 9 in the Parish of Standish from its junction with Public Footpath EST/7 extending in a generally easterly direction for a distance of approximately 425 metres to its junction with the EST/10.
The closure is necessary to safeguard the public whilst Network Rail undertakes maintenance works on the railway line.
The Order will come into force on the 26th August 2019 until the 30th August 2019 between
the hours of 21:30 and 06:00.
Proposed alternative route; As signed on site.
Pedestrian access to properties will not be maintained due to level crossing works. Emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 41447 BOX LANE (MINCHINHAMPTON PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intend to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41447 Box Lane from opposite the property known as number 10 to outside the property known as Box Cottage for a distance of approximately 702 metres.
The reason for the closure is for a gas mains and service replacement.
The road is expected to be closed from 9th September 2019 until 4th October 2019 or until

TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE MLS 4 (LEONARD STANLEY PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of public footpath MLS 4 (Leonard Stanley) from its junction with public footpath MLS 3 extending in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 460 metres to its junction with public footpath MLS 5. The public footpath falls within the Leonard Stanley Parish in the Stroud District, Gloucestershire The closure is necessary for safety reasons due to a railway crossing being in a dangerous condition and unsafe for pedestrians to cross.
The footpath was originally closed for 21 days by emergency notice commencing 17th July 2019. However, as the works to remedy the problem have not been completed it is necessary to close the footpath by an Order which can authorise the closure for up to six months from the date of the first notice.
This temporary Order comes into effect on the 7th August 2019. If work is not completed by
17th January 2020, then it will be necessary to make an application to the Secretary Of State
for an extension to the Order.
Alternative Routes - There are no alternative routes.
Emergency and Pedestrian access to adjoining premises is to be maintained.
