THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
The Council has made The Buckinghamshire County Council (South Park Drive, Gerrards Cross in the Parish of Gerrards Cross CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2019 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in South Park Drive for a distance of approximately 200 metres. Alternative route: North Park, Packhorse Road, South Park Crescent. The closure is required whilst Resurfacing and white lining works take place commencing on 19 August 2019 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 19 August 2019, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 16 August 2019
THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (SOUTH BUCKS DISTRICT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2014 (AMENDMENT No. 1023) ORDER 2019 Notice is hereby given that on 05 August 2019, Buckinghamshire County Council made the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order, which comes into operation on the 1st September 2019, is to introduce waiting restrictions on Beaconsfield Road between Victoria Road and Beeches Road in Farnham Common.
A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury. Further details are also available on the Buckinghamshire County Council web page under 'Have your say'. If you wish to question the validity of this Order, or ofanyprovision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement ofthis Act or ofany instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from 1st September 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose. 05 August 2019
