Notice Persuant to Section 27 Trustee Act 1925

Any person having claim against or an interest

in the Estate of Joan Patricia Orme late of 8

Orchard Court, Tenbury Wells WR15 8EZ who

died on 4th December 2018 is required to send

particulars in writing thereof to the undernamed

Executor no later than 25th October 2019 after

which date the Executor will proceed to distribute

the Estate having regard only to valid claims and

interests of which he has had notice and will not,

as respects the property so distributed, be liable

to any person of whose claim he shall then not

have had notice.
